Online customer interaction and community management. **Who Are We Looking For?** Ozono VM, a technology company focused on healthcare, is seeking a versatile Junior Graphic Designer to work in the Marketing department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design digital assets and content for various channels: website, social media, email marketing, etc., in multiple formats: posts, videos, infographics, gifts, etc. * Create creative content tailored to each social media platform according to different projects and activities. * Support analysis, monitoring, and reporting of performance results across various digital platforms. * Support development of the content calendar and schedule for the institution’s social media across all platforms. * Respond to, interact with, and assist online customers; foster user conversations and grow the community. * Design catalogs, technical specifications, and product samples for new and existing products. **Requirements:** · Intermediate/advanced proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign). · Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience. · Knowledge of photography and video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) (Mandatory). · Proficiency in CapCut. · Camera operation skills (Sony). · Knowledge of UI and UX principles. · Proficiency in photo creation, editing, and retouching software, as well as video and animation creation tools. · Knowledge of Community Management or related functions. · Proficiency in office productivity software. · Excellent writing and spelling skills. · Goal-oriented and focused on achieving assigned targets. **Key Candidate Qualities:** · Self-motivation and initiative. · Punctuality. · A positive, empathetic individual who works well in teams. · Proactivity. · Observant, meticulous, detail-oriented, and professional. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Bonuses + incentives.
