We are a technology services company currently looking to expand our team with: * **Position**: Web Development and Applications * **Type**: PRE-Professional Internship * **Mode**: 100% In-person * **Compensation**: Yes, remuneration according to Peruvian law (PRE Internship) * **Schedule**: 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday – with **flexibility** * **Duration**: 3 to 6 months (with possibility of extension) * **Gender**: Female (FEMALE) * **Location**: Willingness to commute to Magdalena and/or surrounding areas. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Students from the 8th semester onward, or technical graduates: Systems, Informatics, Software, or related fields. \- Proficiency in web design and development tools and languages (HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, React, Sass, Grid, MySQL, Figma, Git, GitHub, WordPress, Elementor, Figma, and other web development tools). \- Knowledge of current web design trends and best practices for usability. \- Experience and/or knowledge in UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) design. \- Preferred: knowledge of process automation (RPA) \- Preferred: knowledge of AI project implementation. \- Preferred: basic/intermediate knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools. . **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **\-** Development of web applications and websites. \- Web page design and layout \- Web and APP project design incorporating AI + process automation. \- Use professional design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to produce visual and functional deliverables. \- Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate concepts and facilitate communication with multidisciplinary teams. \- Optimize websites to improve loading speed and user experience. \- Stay updated on web design trends, technologies, and tools to continuously enhance work quality and process efficiency. \- Conduct functionality testing and debugging of front-end code. \- Direct coordination with the Commercial Department. \- Support: create and edit graphic content for presentations, advertisements, websites, etc. \- Support: participation in various web projects and Digital Marketing initiatives. . **CONDITIONS:** \- An ultra, hyper, mega cool environment where everyone supports each other. \- Remuneration according to Peruvian law (economic subsidy for "PRE-Professional" internships) \- 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week ("PRE-Professional") \- Certificate, agreement, and official internship confirmation (initial duration: 3 months) \- Letter of recommendation for future job applications \- Instructor follow-up visits accepted. \- Possibility of a new contract with scalable remuneration after the first contract period. .
