Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Product Associate Middle**. **Your primary objective will be:** To lead the evolution of financing products, maximizing the value delivered to customers and the business by defining and prioritizing initiatives, managing the product backlog, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for ensuring a simple and efficient customer experience, driving data-informed decisions, and guaranteeing the stability, quality, and regulatory compliance of the products under your responsibility—promoting continuous improvement and achieving business results. **How will you achieve this?** * Defining the vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for assigned products, aligning initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. * Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, transforming opportunities, requirements, and insights into valuable solutions through clear user stories and defined acceptance criteria. * Leading the evolution of assigned products by identifying opportunities to optimize customer experience, origination processes, portfolio management, and commercial performance. * Analyzing product metrics, business and operational KPIs, user feedback, and business results to measure impact, validate hypotheses, and define actions for continuous improvement. * Collaborating with agile teams, technology, UX/UI, and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution, dependency management, and continuous delivery of value. * Validating implemented solutions and safeguarding product stability, quality, performance, and regulatory compliance—managing incidents, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Supporting cross-functional initiatives of the Financing team when business priorities require it. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience managing digital products using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum), including roadmap definition, backlog management, and initiative prioritization. * Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing requirements with multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in Jira (mandatory); experience with Azure DevOps or other agile management tools is desirable. * Ability to analyze product metrics, business KPIs, and operational indicators. * Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and user experience (UX) principles. **What do we offer at Interbank?** An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres” Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling and reskilling tools at Interbank and across all companies within the Intercorp Group.
