Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create and adapt visual identity, develop graphic elements, and coordinate the brand’s visual strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with Marketing, Content, and UX/UI teams **We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Design graphic assets for social media, digital campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display), landing pages, newsletters, and presentations. * Develop and adapt brand visual identity while ensuring graphic consistency. * Create educational and interface-related visual elements (simple UI, icons, banners, templates, and layouts) for our platform. * Coordinate with Marketing, Content, and UX/UI teams to ensure an integrated visual message. * Prepare and optimize final files for digital or print production. * Contribute creative ideas during *brainstorming* sessions for product launches and advertising campaigns. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in graphic design and digital advertising (experience in the education sector is preferred). * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). * **Technical Knowledge:** Web design / landing page layout (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus). * **Languages:** Intermediate English (ability to interpret English-language resources and documentation). * **Key Skills:** Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables, teamwork, and a creative, trend-oriented mindset. **Employment Conditions and Schedule:** * **Work Mode:** On-site (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). **Benefits:** * Enrollment in payroll (REMYPE regime) from day one. * Full scholarship for English studies. * Semi-annual retention bonus. * Birthday celebration. * Career path opportunities and timely payments.
