Mentor junior and semi-senior developers **Job Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions. * Lead technical analysis and architecture definition for new projects. * Participate in task planning and estimation with the development team. * Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. * Identify and propose continuous improvements in processes and system performance. * Provide technical support and resolve complex incidents. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (product, QA, UX/UI) to ensure deliverables align with business objectives. * Mentor junior and semi-senior developers. **Requirements** * University degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 4–5 years of software development experience. * Solid experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C\#, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or others). * Knowledge of architecture design, REST APIs, and relational and/or non-relational databases. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Proficiency in version control (Git). * Knowledge of unit testing and continuous integration. * Technical leadership ability and teamwork skills. * Communication and problem-solving skills Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
