Job stability and opportunities for professional development. **Position: SEO and SEM Specialist** **Job Description:** We are looking for an **SEO and SEM Specialist** responsible for optimizing our digital presence and managing search engine advertising campaigns, aiming to increase qualified traffic and improve the performance of our platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement organic positioning strategies (SEO) for websites and landing pages. * Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM), primarily on Google Ads. * Conduct periodic on\-page and off\-page SEO audits. * Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.) and propose improvements. * Research relevant keywords and search trends. * Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure adherence to SEO/SEM best practices. * Manage the allocated budget for paid campaigns. * Prepare results reports and present them clearly and regularly. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, among others. * Knowledge of technical SEO, web architecture, and user experience (UX). * Preferred: certifications in Google Ads or SEO. * Analytical ability, creativity, and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development. * Positive work environment. * Work location: Santa Clara – Ate. **Apply now and join our Digital Marketing team.** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.2,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
