You will be part of a team of professionals specializing in Data Analytics and Data Governance, responsible for developing reporting and visualization solutions aimed at supporting management and decision-making across various business units in the country. Your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end the lifecycle of dashboards and analytical reports. You will be accountable for gathering requirements, analysis, design, development, and validation of reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and model performance within a dynamic and challenging environment. You will actively interact with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts. ### **What You Can Expect From This Role (Responsibilities)** * Work alongside business stakeholders to understand needs, KPIs, and analytical objectives. * Design efficient data models, datasets, and visualization guidelines aligned with industry best practices. * Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, prioritizing usability, design, and performance. * Build solutions using DAX for advanced metrics and Power Query for data transformation processes. * Ensure data quality and accuracy through functional testing, user validation, and consistency checks. * Optimize existing models and reports to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization initiatives for implemented solutions. * Collaborate on defining BI development standards and best practices. * Provide technical support and mentorship to other team members. ### **Requirements** * 4+ years of proven experience developing Business Intelligence and Power BI solutions, ideally within the Retail industry. * 4+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases (Mandatory). * Advanced and demonstrable experience with Power BI: data modeling, advanced DAX, and Power Query (Mandatory). * Practical experience optimizing report performance and designing UX/UI for dashboards. * Experience working with large volumes of data and complex analytical models. * Strong soft skills: proactive profile, logical thinking, attention to detail, autonomy, and excellent communication to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. ### **Desirable** * Official Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300 or equivalent). * Business domain understanding focused on data analytics within the mass consumer or Retail sector. **Benefits** * Long-term commitment, autonomy, and impact. * Strategic, highly visible role within a modern engineering culture. * Collaborative international team and strong technical leadership. * Career development plan, growth, and leadership opportunities within Coderio. ### **Why Join Coderio?
