Position Summary: We are seeking a UX Research Designer with experience in designing, planning, and executing user research studies and data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in UX research for design 2. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies 3. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar At Fractal, a Peruvian IT consulting firm with over 11 years of experience in the domestic and international markets, we are looking for talent to fill the position of UX Research Designer to collaborate in a hybrid capacity on a 6-month project with one of our clients in the banking sector. Requirements * Higher education degree * Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer. * Solid experience in UX research for design \- Mandatory. * Ability to produce detailed documentation. * Experience in designing, planning, and executing user research studies through interviews, surveys, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, among others. * Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to gather insights into user behavior and needs. * Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms to identify patterns and improvement opportunities. * Experience preparing reports with key findings and recommendations for optimizing user experience.
