Job Summary: We are seeking an Assembler-Welder with experience in the metal-mechanical sector to interpret blueprints, assemble metal structures, and supervise teams, ensuring quality and safety standards. Ensuring quality and safety standards A metal-mechanical company is looking for an **ASSEMBLER \- WELDER**, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical graduates and/or training in metal structures * Minimum 3 years of experience assembling metal structures * Experience in the metal-mechanical sector (Mandatory) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints (Mandatory) * Availability to travel according to project needs * Residing in areas adjacent to Ate (Mandatory) **Working Conditions:** * Salary commensurate with market standards * MYPE payroll regime (50% of benefits as per law) * Availability to work in the district of Ate from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and execute tasks according to structural blueprints * Assemble metal structures in accordance with technical specifications * Verify dimensional control and release assembled components for the welding process * Supervise and coordinate with collaborating teams * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards * Participate in off-site work when required Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * 1\.
