Job Description Anglo American is seeking a Collaborator Development and Experience Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and managing processes such as Development, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Collaborator Experience, and related processes — with the purpose of strengthening a work environment that drives high performance, collaboration, and continuous development. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement corporate-level Leadership initiatives and incorporate ad-hoc internal actions to reinforce culture. * Design and deploy cross-organizational Leadership actions enabling all leaders to embody the organization’s purpose and values through lived culture. * Continuously improve the collaborator experience by identifying actions that generate positive impact (e.g., onboarding, internal mobility, team-building, etc.). * Apply tools to measure workplace climate and collaborate with teams on action plans. * Support identification of cross-functional training needs across teams to contribute to achieving departmental objectives, as well as supporting Talent Management Journey processes (performance, feedback, development plans, etc.). **SHE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Know and apply Anglo American Quellaveco’s SHE values, principles, and policy, and contribute to its vision of zero harm. * Ensure SHE hazard and risk control measures related to assigned activities are implemented in the workplace to enable safe work execution. * Comply with internal Management System standards, procedures, and regulations; actively participate in training, awareness, and Zero Harm culture-building meetings. * Promptly report unsafe acts and conditions, as well as incidents.
