Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer or related professional with experience in the industrial sector for quotation and preparation of technical/economic proposals, as well as preparation and review of project budgets. Analysis of unit prices and estimation of quantities. 3A ENGINEERING AND GENERAL SERVICES EIRL requires hiring two professionals holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering with proven experience in the industrial sector, executing metal structure and piping projects. We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional or related field to fill the available Quotation Specialist position, meeting the following requirements: **Position Profile:** * Mechanical Engineer or related degree * Minimum 5 years of accredited experience as a cost and budget engineer. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel. * Proficiency in MS Project. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Project Management according to PMBOK (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in tender processes and preparation of technical/economic proposals. * Conduct technical site visits. * Prepare and review overall and partial project budgets. * Process and/or prepare quantity take-offs for various infrastructures. * Analyze unit prices, productivity rates, and required resources. * Perform unit price analysis for each item and project budgets. * Estimate project quantities. Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) Work Location: Rimac District Monthly Remuneration: PEN 3,000 to PEN 4,000 (subject to personal interview) Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.4,000.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
