Participation in projects both on-site and off-site A metal-mechanical company is currently seeking a METAL-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OPERATOR who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical graduates and/or training in metal structures * Minimum 3 years of experience assembling metal structures * Experience in the metal-mechanical sector (Mandatory) * Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation (Mandatory) * Willingness to travel as required by projects * Residency in areas adjacent to Ate District (Mandatory) **Employment Conditions:** * Competitive market-based salary * Payroll under the MYPE regime (50% of statutory benefits) * Availability to work in Ate District from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and execute tasks according to structural blueprints. * Assemble metal structures in accordance with technical specifications. * Verify dimensional control and release assembled components for the welding process. * Supervise and coordinate with collaborating teams. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Participate in off-site assignments when required.
