Job Summary: We are seeking a Metal Structure Assembler to interpret drawings, assemble structures, verify dimensions, and supervise teams—ensuring quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assembly of metal structures in accordance with technical specifications. 2. Interpretation and execution of work based on structural drawings. 3. Supervision and coordination with collaborating teams. A metal-mechanical company is currently seeking a Metal Structure Assembler who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical graduates and/or training in metal structures * Minimum 3 years of experience assembling metal structures * Experience in the metal-mechanical sector (Mandatory) * Knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings (Mandatory) * Willingness to travel as required by projects * Residence in areas adjacent to Ate District (Mandatory) **Employment Conditions:** * Competitive market-based salary * Payroll under the MYPE regime (50% of statutory benefits) * Availability to work in Ate District Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and execute work based on structural drawings. * Assemble metal structures in accordance with technical specifications. * Verify dimensional control and release assembled components for the welding process. * Supervise and coordinate with collaborating teams. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Participate in off-site work when required.
