Compliance with quality and safety standards **A leading company in the infrastructure sector (scaffolding and metal structures)** is looking for **Metal Structure Assemblers**, responsible professionals with fieldwork experience. The purpose of this position is to carry out the assembly and installation of metal structures while adhering to established quality and safety standards. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education (technical training in metal structures or related fields is desirable). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year assembling and installing metal structures or similar work in construction or metalworking. * **Knowledge:** * Basic blueprint reading (desirable). * Use of hand and power tools. * Assembly of scaffolding and metal structures. * **Certifications (desirable):** * Working at heights. * Occupational health and safety. * **Availability:** Willingness to work on-site and across various construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assembly and installation of metal structures and scaffolding. * Dismantling and maintenance of structures. * Proper use of tools and work equipment. * Adherence to on-site safety procedures. * Assistance with loading, unloading, and transporting materials. * Reporting incidents or unsafe conditions. **Employment Conditions:** * **Salary:** To be discussed based on experience. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 5:30 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (depending on the project). * **Location:** Independencia / on-site work.
