Job Summary: R&E INNOVA SAC is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to ensure product and process quality in the metal-mechanical sector. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality standards for products and processes. 2. Develop inspection procedures for construction and metal structures. 3. Identify and track Non-Conformities (NCR). **R\&E INNOVA SAC** is an engineering and project-oriented service company. We specialize in the design and production of metal-mechanical structures, grating manufacturing, civil, electrical, and mechanical construction, and general maintenance. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Logistics and Warehouse Manager**, with interest in working and gaining experience in a metal-mechanical company located in Arequipa \- Cerro Colorado. ***Job Mission:*** Ensure that products and processes comply with established quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and/or implement quality testing plans/protocols and inspection points. * Prepare welding inspection records according to the applicable test type (VT, PT, MT). * Develop inspection procedures for civil construction and metal structures. * Identify, record, and track Non-Conformities (NCR), defining corrective and preventive actions. * Collect, organize, and validate material certificates, calibration records, and protocols for final delivery of the client dossier. * Inspect and sign steel enabling protocols (coatings, spacing) and formwork watertightness prior to concrete pouring authorization. * Verify alignment, leveling, verticality, and tolerances of metal structures. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years verifiable experience as a QA/QC Engineer, Quality Supervisor, or Site Inspector. * Mixed experience in projects involving foundations, concrete structures, and metal structure assembly. * Certification in AWS D1\.1 or API 650/1104 / ASME IX, (NDT/END): ASNT Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant Testing. * Must reside in Arequipa. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organized and orderly individual. * Ability to work under pressure. * Initiative. * Strong verbal communication skills. ***OTHERS:*** * Start date: Immediate * Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.3,500\.00 per month Application questions: * State your salary expectations. * Indicate your years of experience. * Are you available immediately? / Provide your current mobile phone number. * In which district do you currently reside?
