Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team, with expertise in light metal structural welding, boiler-making, blueprint reading, and availability for rotating shifts. We are currently seeking a **WELDER** to join our workforce. **Job Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of working at heights. * Knowledge of light metal structures (roofs, railings). * Familiarity with FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes. * Basic boiler-making knowledge (straightening of parts). * Blueprint reading skills. * Material preparation, oxy-cutting, and plasma cutting. **Candidate Profile:** * Graduate of Welding or related technical program. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welder. * Experience in maintenance welding. * Experience in stainless steel welding. * Certification 3G preferred. * Availability for on-site work. * Availability to work overtime. * Availability for rotating shifts. **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Punctuality * Results-oriented * Analytical thinking * Teamwork **What We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,200, based on evaluation. * Overtime, holiday, and Sunday pay according to current regulations. * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. * ESSALUD health insurance, LIFE INSURANCE LAW, SCTR. * 30 days of vacation, biannual bonus, CTS, etc. * Positive work environment.
