Job Requirements: Working at heights. * Welding of iron and metal structures * Fabrication and repair of doors and gates * Window and door grilles * Railings and handrails * Fences and metal structures * Maintenance and custom work * Ability to read blueprints * Material preparation, oxy-cutting, and plasma cutting Candidate Profile: * Graduate of a Welding program or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Welder. * Availability for on-site work. * Availability to work overtime. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Competencies**: * Responsibility * Punctuality * Results-oriented mindset * Analytical thinking * Teamwork **What We Offer?** Salary: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,000, based on evaluation Overtime, holiday, and Sunday pay according to current regulations.
