Supporting general metalworking and assembly tasks **TIG / MIG WELDER REQUIRED** We are looking for a highly qualified **TIG / MIG Welder** to join our operations team. We seek a detail-oriented professional committed to safety standards and with solid experience in high-precision welding. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum **4 years of verifiable experience** in TIG and MIG welding processes (experience in industrial machinery maintenance or metal structures will be valued). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Expert proficiency in TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding across various positions and materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.). * Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols. * Proficiency in using cutting, grinding, and joint preparation tools. * **Competencies:** Proactivity, focus on finish quality (visual appearance and penetration), and strict adherence to industrial safety and hygiene regulations (PPEs). **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform precision welding (TIG and MIG) according to drawings and technical specifications. * Prepare and assemble metal parts prior to welding (cleaning, beveling, and alignment). * Visually inspect weld bead quality to ensure compliance with required standards. * Support general metalworking and assembly tasks as needed in the workshop. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary commensurate with market standards and experience. * Excellent working environment and job stability. * High-quality equipment and tools.
