Si te entusiasma transformar datos en decisiones, esta oportunidad es para vos. ️ **Responsabilidades Principales** * Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards interactivos en Power BI para diversas áreas del negocio. * Automatizar reportes y procesos de consulta, garantizando disponibilidad, precisión y eficiencia en la entrega de información. * Monitorear y actualizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) alineados con los objetivos estratégicos. * Brindar soporte analítico a áreas comerciales, financieras y operativas mediante análisis descriptivos y ad\-hoc. * Colaborar con Data Engineers, Data Scientists y otros analistas para integrar nuevas fuentes de datos y optimizar flujos existentes. **Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos** * Power BI avanzado (DAX, Power Query, modelado de datos, diseño visual). * SQL intermedio para extracción y transformación de datos. * Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas; macros deseables). * Experiencia conectando a bases de datos (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Conocimientos básicos de Python (Deseable) **Habilidades Blandas** * Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados. * Capacidad de traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones concretas. * Autonomía y buena gestión del tiempo. * Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y no técnicos. * Trabajo colaborativo con áreas de BI, comercial y tecnología. * Adaptabilidad y aprendizaje continuo.
