Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in challenging projects and bring your innovative ideas.\n \n\n \n\nThis is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo!\n \n\n \n\n**Apply right now!**\n\nField Fixed Supervisor (Central)\n **Conecta tu talento con nuestro equipo**\n\nSi querés liderar, innovar y mantener vivas nuestras conexiones, esta oportunidad es para vos.\n \n\n**¡Es tu momento de dar el siguiente paso!** \n\n**Estamos buscando un(a) Field Fixed Supervisor (Zona Central).** \n\n**Ubicación:** El Salvador\n\n\n**Propósito Principal:** Garantizar la gestión y supervisión de las tareas del equipo de campo de servicios residenciales, asegurando la disponibilidad y buen desempeño de la red fija (HFC y FTTH) mediante mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo y cumplimiento de la agenda de instalaciones, averías, desconexiones y otras actividades.\n\n\n**Responsabilidades:**\n\n* Asegurar la ejecución de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la red fija (HFC, FTTH, Fibra Óptica) con la calidad requerida.\n* Gestionar el cumplimiento de SLAs de todas las actividades de la red 2 fija (HFC, FTTH, Fibra Óptica).\n* Gestionar la ejecución de las actividades Proactivas para mantener dentro del rango la salud de los nodos HFC.\n* Ejecutar y cumplir la agenda de averías comprometida, así como velar por la excelente atención técnica de calidad que evite una reincidencia.\n* Asegurar la ejecución de las actividades programadas a los clientes finales (instalaciones residenciales, averías, traslados, otros).\n* Gestionar al equipo de cuadrillas bajo responsabilidad en las distintas actividades del área, asegurando la mejora de experiencia del cliente y calidad de los servicios brindados.\n* Asegurar la adecuada recepción de proyectos ejecutados por Service Assurance y otras áreas externas, a través de los procesos definidos.\n* Gestionar el cumplimiento de meta de 1a Agenda, averías, Instalaciones y otro tipo de OT, de manera diaria, por las cuadrillas asignadas.\n* Ejecutar el cronograma de capacitaciones técnico al equipo bajo su cargo y cuadrillas asignadas en la zona.\n* Reportar y canalizar los reportes de daños para las compañías de seguros y establecer planes de acción con el área de seguridad de la empresa.\n* Ejecutar supervisiones “on demand” de acuerdo con solicitudes del gobierno central, municipal, privado o distribuidora electrica.\n* Ejecutar la frecuencia de visitas de campo (visitas de red y servicios de clientes) estipulada por TIGO.\n\n**Requisitos:** \n\n* **Estudiante** de 4\\.º año en Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o carreras afines.\n* **Experiencia** como Supervisor de planta externa, Supervisor de redes o puestos similares.\n* **Experiencia previa** en mantenimiento de redes HFC o fibra óptica.\n* **Conocimiento** en redes de Fibra Óptica, HFC y FTTH (planta externa) y manejo de mapas de diseño de red.\n* **Certificación** SCTE en instalaciones residenciales y mantenimiento de red fija *(deseable)* .\n* **Dominio** de Microsoft Office y AutoCAD.\n\n**¡Aplica ahora y sé parte del futuro de las telecomunicaciones en El Salvador!**\n\n**\\#OportunidadLaboral \\#TigoElSalvador \\#Telecomunicaciones \\#CrecimientoProfesional**\n\n\\#TigoElSalvador\n\n\nOur people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
