VENTAS Y ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE**\n\n* Alcanzar o superar las metas de ventas del equipo establecidas mensualmente\n* Brindar asesoramiento personalizado sobre características, beneficios y usos del calzado Skechers\n* Identificar las necesidades específicas de cada cliente para recomendar productos adecuados\n* Manejar objeciones de venta y cerrar transacciones de manera efectiva\n* Procesar pagos en efectivo, tarjetas de crédito/débito y otros medios de pago autorizados\n* Gestionar cambios, devoluciones y garantías según políticas establecidas\n* Mantener comunicación profesional y cordial con todos los clientes\n\n**B. OPERACIONES DE TIENDA**\n\n* Recibir, verificar y organizar mercadería nueva según protocolos establecidos\n* Etiquetar, marcar precios y codificar productos conforme a estándares corporativos\n* Mantener el inventario organizado y realizar conteos periódicos cuando se requiera\n* Empacar y embalar compras de clientes de manera segura y presentable\n\n**C. MERCHANDISING Y PRESENTACIÓN VISUAL**\n\n* Implementar y mantener los estándares de presentación visual de la marca\n* Organizar productos según planogramas y directrices de marketing establecidas\n* Asegurar que las vitrinas y displays estén siempre atractivos y ordenados\n* Reponer productos en góndolas y estanterías de manera oportuna\n* Verificar que la señalética promocional esté actualizada y bien ubicada\n\n**D. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA**\n\n* Realizar tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento de estantes, mostradores, mesas y pisos\n* Ejecutar rutinas de apertura y cierre de tienda según checklist establecido\n* Mantener áreas de trabajo organizadas y libres de obstáculos\n* Reportar cualquier daño o necesidad de mantenimiento a supervisores\n* Asegurar que la tienda esté preparada para el siguiente día de operación\n\n**E. CUMPLIMIENTO Y POLÍTICAS**\n\n* Adherirse estrictamente a todas las políticas y procedimientos corporativos\n* Mantener confidencialidad sobre información comercial sensible\n* Cumplir con los valores corporativos y código de ética empresarial\n* Participar en capacitaciones y entrenamientos programados\n* Reportar incidencias o situaciones irregulares a la supervisión inmediata\n\n**IV. EXPERIENCIA**\n\n* **Mínimo:** 6 meses de experiencia en ventas al por menor o atención al cliente\n* **Deseable:** Experiencia previa en retail de calzado o moda\n\n**C.
