Responsable del monitoreo y análisis de cuentas, seguimiento de KPIs, atención a auditorías y cumplimiento de controles internos y normativas SOX. **Responsabilidades:** * Registrar transacciones contables con análisis previo. * Proveer asistencia a las áreas de negocio en reconocimientos contables (costos y gastos). * Asegurar el correcto flujo de reconocimiento de provisiones y la razonabilidad de las cifras. * Integrar y reconciliar cuentas BS y P\&L (Mayor vs. Subledger). * Garantizar el correcto registro de reclasificaciones y ajustes de cuentas BS/P\&L. * Reportar cifras mensuales (Contables) en FCCS para consolidación financiera Millicom. * Elaborar KPIs Contables (Revenue,Inventories, leases, prepayments, accruals, Other currents\-Non current assets, Liabilities, deuda, otros). * Analizar tendencias y justificar variaciones (VARBOOK) para Millicom y auditoria financiera. * Ejecutar y documentar controles SOX/Non SOX a cargo. * Dar soporte documental en auditorías financieras y fiscales trimestrales y anuales. * Preparar analítica de cuentas\-Variaciones auditorias financieras. * Elaborar notas a los estados financieros de segmentos y grupo de cuentas a su cargo. * Implementar mejoras y proponer automatización de procesos con alta manualidad a su cargo. **Requisitos:** * Graduado de **Licenciatura en contabilidad,** **Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines** . * 1\-2 años de experiencia en puestos de **analista, auxiliar contable o analista financiero.** * Dominio de **Microsoft Office.** * **Pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle y habilidades de organización** . * **Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo** . **¡Aplica ahora y sé parte del futuro de las telecomunicaciones en El Salvador!** Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
