Our leading brands include **ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls** and **kSARIA.** Resumen de Posición: The Service Project Manager is responsible for managing service orders for maintenance, repair, overhaul, and field services from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments. They act as the primary liaison between the Service Center and the client, coordinating technical requirements, priorities, and service progress. In addition, they are responsible for managing all necessary direct, non\-intercompany purchases for any products (pumps, parts, or services) associated with orders managed by the Project Management area and provide support in service costing, reviewing estimates, and validating operating costs. Responsabilidades Esenciales: * Client contact point for all matters related to the contract, service, commercial terms, or any changes to the purchase order. * Maintain regular communication with the client through weekly or monthly meetings to present the service status, timelines, milestones, and critical activities. * Manage the service comprehensively from inception to completion, coordinating with Production, Sales, Logistics, and other involved areas. * Act as a liaison between Project Management and Production, ensuring effective coordination regarding operational priorities, technical requirements, dates, resources, and unforeseen changes. * Coordinate the operational planning of the service center, including internal inspections, testing, protocols, verifications, and equipment release. • Keep service control up\-to\-date: progress, costs incurred, advance payments, margin, risks, and deviations. • Review the terms and conditions of the service order and ensure compliance throughout the entire execution. * Prepare, notify, and negotiate with the client or Sales any changes to the original scope when necessary. * Formally notify the client of any problems, special circumstances, or relevant deviations that affect the service or contractual compliance. * Guarantee at least 90% On\-Time Performance (OTP) in the execution of services. * Provide support in service costing, evaluating standard times, materials, spare parts, subcontracts, and risks to prepare cost estimates or cost revisions. * Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA/QC) requirements before service delivery. • Coordinate inspections with clients at the service center or in the field when applicable. • Provide support for parts management when required. * Manage the issuance of spare parts sales orders linked to the service through the ERP system. * Manage all direct, non\-intercompany purchases necessary for the execution of services, spare parts, manufacturing, machining, supplies, subcontracts, and any product associated with the orders managed by Project Management. * Negotiate with internal and external suppliers to ensure suitable conditions regarding price, quality, delivery times, and technical compliance. * Track, record, and document all non\-intercompany purchases. • Maintain an up\-to\-date list of active suppliers, ensuring they are correctly registered, authorized, and aligned with the organization's requirements. • Conduct or coordinate supplier performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with indicators such as quality, deadlines, service, and technical specifications, proposing improvements or renewals based on the results. * Supervise and coordinate the delivery of materials, spare parts, and services to ensure timely availability according to the needs of Production, Project Management, and our clients. Requisitos del Puesto: '\- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in service management, industrial maintenance, contracts, or capital goods project management. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Advanced English.
