Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with extensive experience in construction supervision and execution, including health-related projects. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 10 years of professional experience 2. 60+ months of experience in execution/supervision of similar construction projects 3. Experience in health facility construction projects (hospitals, clinics) **A) Academic Qualifications:** * Civil Engineer or Architect (or equivalent), with a minimum of 10 years of professional practice counted from the date of degree conferral. **B) Experience:** * Verification of at least 60 months of experience in no fewer than two (02\) similar construction project executions/supervisions, serving in roles such as: Site Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer, Chief Resident Engineer, Supervising Engineer, Construction Supervisor, Supervision Manager, Execution Manager, Supervision Manager, Site Supervision Manager, Supervising Engineer, Inspection Engineer, or Inspection Manager, of which: a) At least one of the experiences submitted to substantiate specific expertise must pertain to execution/supervision of similar construction projects, in which the candidate participated for a minimum of six (06\) months in such execution/supervision, in the positions listed above. b) At least one of the experiences submitted to substantiate specific expertise must pertain to supervision and/or execution of a public or private health facility construction project—such as a hospital, clinic, polyclinic, or equivalent—in which the candidate participated for a minimum of six (06\) months in such execution/supervision, in the positions listed above.
