




Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and proactive sales professional to acquire and retain customers, with negotiation skills and availability for in-person visits. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: Achieve monthly sales growth through customer acquisition and retention, delivering efficient and personalized commercial service. Position Profile Sales experience is not required (preferably in the textile or industrial sector). Motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, responsible, and organized. Able to build relationships with customers and generate new business opportunities. Availability for in-person client visits. Main Responsibilities Maintain ongoing contact with clients via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. Conduct commercial visits to clients. Present and deliver samples according to client requirements. Negotiate prices and commercial terms. Prepare and send proforma invoices. Register customer orders in the system. Create product codes for new items and enter prices into the system. Register new customers in the system. Coordinate sample and counter-sample development. Handle customer complaints, returns, or incidents. Coordinate with shipping, production, and dyeing departments for order tracking.
