Therefore, we seek a highly meticulous and committed Laboratory Operator to ensure the accuracy of our processes. YOUR PURPOSE ON THE TEAM You will be responsible for conducting chemical and metallurgical analyses, ensuring the reliability of plant and mine sample data—critical for operational decision-making and compliance with quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and code samples according to the laboratory supervisor’s instructions. Operate crushing equipment to ensure proper size reduction of mineral rocks. Perform sample grinding in accordance with operational standards. Carry out homogenization, quartering, and pulverization of samples to ensure representativeness. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. Comply with the company’s internal regulations as well as current legal requirements regarding occupational safety and health. Inspect and maintain assigned equipment in good condition and working order. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN OUR TEAM Completed secondary education.
