Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial or Food Engineering professional with experience in production supervision to ensure compliance with quality standards and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Professional with experience in industrial production supervision 2. Ensure compliance with quality and production standards 3. Implement process improvements through indicator-based management Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field. Minimum two years of experience as a production supervisor or coordinator in industrial plants. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Clear understanding of HACCP - GMP - POES. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor production at each stage of the process. Verify proper compliance with quality and production standards throughout the process. Ensure fulfillment of production orders, achieving delivery targets on the scheduled date.
