Professional development in the tax area **Legal Assistant – Tax Department** EJV Asesores, a firm specialized in accounting and tax advisory services with over 11 years of experience, is seeking a **Legal Assistant** with strong tax expertise to join our team and provide direct support to Management. **Position Objective:** To provide specialized legal support in tax matters, actively participating in the management of tax audit procedures, drafting legal documents, and analyzing regulatory frameworks, with a high level of technical judgment and confidentiality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Drafting and reviewing legal documents, statements of defense, and administrative appeals before SUNAT. * Direct support in tax audit procedures. * Analysis and interpretation of current tax regulations. * Tracking of requests, notifications, and administrative deadlines. * Support in tax defense strategies and tax contingencies. * Direct coordination with Management in case handling. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Law. * Proven experience in tax matters (audits and/or tax defense). * Solid knowledge of the Tax Code and current regulations. * Familiarity with procedures before SUNAT. * Clear, technical, and well-structured legal writing skills. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and office tools. * High level of responsibility, professional judgment, and confidentiality. **Required Profile:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Organizational skills and efficient deadline management. * Ability to work under pressure and coordinate directly with Management. * Proactivity and autonomy in performing duties. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Compensation commensurate with the position level. * Involvement in real-world, highly complex cases. * Professional development in the tax area. **Location:** Ambrosio Vucetich 130, Arequipa 04001 **Work Modality:** On-site **Application:** Send CV to ejvasesores@gmail.com **Contact:** 914662527 Workplace: On-site employment
