We are currently seeking our next distribution team; therefore, we require up to 03 Distribution Assistants to fulfill our operational responsibilities over the coming months. **Position Title:** Distribution Assistant **Position Mission:** Provide operational support in loading, unloading, and safe handling of goods during distribution routes, facilitating an efficient process that ensures correct delivery to customers and contributes to smooth logistical operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in loading and unloading goods onto assigned vehicles for daily distribution. * Verify, together with the Transport and Delivery Agent, that the loaded goods match the delivery manifests, maintaining order and care during loading. * Collaborate during the route to ensure timely and orderly delivery of goods. * Report any damage, incidents, or missing items to the Transport and Delivery Agent or Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring the integrity of the goods. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and goods. **Benefits:** * Career path (Opportunity to advance within our hierarchical system). * 3-month performance evaluation period for permanent employment. * Training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
