Comprehensive human resources management A telecommunications cargo company is seeking the most qualified personnel who wish to join a stable company with opportunities for growth and professional development to fill the position of HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT **REQUIREMENTS**: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. · Minimum of one (1) year of experience in human resources. · Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. · Knowledge of labor legislation and HR tools. · Experience in personnel administration. · Experience with payroll systems, AFPnet, PLAME, T\-Registration. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Management and updating of employee files. · Attendance tracking, including tardiness, leave requests, medical leaves, and vacations. · Management of employment contracts and labor documents (T\-Registration, hiring and termination records). · Support in calculating social benefits and coordination with accounting for payroll processing. · Processing advance payment requests and managing related documentation. · Maintaining up-to-date employee database. · Supporting recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. · Responding to requirements from regulatory entities such as SUNAFIL and MINTRA. · Providing guidance on various procedures related to the human resources department. · Assisting in organizing internal company activities. · Other duties as assigned. **BENEFITS**: * Formal employment registration and statutory benefits * Opportunity for professional growth Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
