Job Summary: A professional to perform quantity surveying and coordinate with the technical office in preparing technical files for construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Grupo HERGON S.A., a Spanish company with extensive experience in the construction sector, specialized in executing private and public projects under the Tax-for-Works (OxI) scheme, is seeking professionals for the construction execution phase in Arequipa. Quantity Surveyor \- Arequipa ✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering ✅ **Minimum one year of experience in construction projects. (Having participated in a construction project/building, such as a school, residential complex, health center, etc.) (MANDATORY)** ✅ Proficiency in Revit ✅ Residency in **AREQUIPA (MANDATORY)** **Responsibilities** ✅ Performing quantity take-offs using conventional methodology, utilizing physical and digital drawings (AutoCAD or Revit), during technical file preparation. ✅ Coordinating with the technical office regarding calculations and project data for quantity take-off. ✅ Monitoring and tracking field-executed quantity take-offs. ✅ Other duties inherent to the position. **What We Offer?** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Participation in nationally high-impact projects.
