What are we looking for? Professional with a degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in the real estate sector is desirable. Availability to work on-site in Arequipa. Knowledge of Customer Service, Negotiation Techniques, Disbursements, and Banking Procedures. Individuals with planning, organizational, and customer-oriented skills. What will you do in this role? Prepare and submit the sales report and other reports to the Commercial Manager. Verify lead follow-up. Review, verify, and track responses from Customer Support Centers (SAC). Keep each project's sales dossier up to date. Upload project blueprints into Sperant.
