JUNIOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Job Objective
Provide comprehensive administrative support for project management, ensuring proper documentary, logistical, contractual, and human resources control, while coordinating with various project departments to comply with internal procedures and client requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, sanitation, building, or similar projects.
Proven experience in provincial project administration is mandatory.
Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to the construction sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate or advanced Excel).
Willingness to work under on-site project employment conditions.
Willingness to reside in a provincial location.
Essential Knowledge
Workforce administration on site.
Staff hiring, onboarding, and termination processes.
Attendance tracking, time sheets, and personnel reporting.
Document management and personnel file control.
Coordination of EMO, SCTR, Life Insurance Law, and labor documentation.
Logistics, warehouse, and asset management.
Purchase orders and service orders.
Monitoring of supplier and contractor valuations.
Petty cash management and expense reporting.
Coordination with Accounting and Treasury departments.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation, SUNAFIL, and occupational safety and health.
Main Responsibilities
Support comprehensive project administration.
Manage staff onboarding and offboarding.
Monitor attendance, time sheets, and labor documentation.
Coordinate staffing and supplier procurement.
Manage logistical requirements and supply chain operations.
Track purchase and service orders.
Control contractor and supplier documentation.
Support valuation and acceptance processes.
Administer petty cash and substantiate expenses.
Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Accounting, SSOMA, and Technical Office departments.
Prepare administrative reports and KPIs for Management and Central Administration.
Maintain up-to-date physical and digital project archives.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.
