We are looking for outstanding talent for the position of Geological Modeler. **Position Objective** Develop, update, and maintain geological models and mineral resource estimates by applying geological and geostatistical methodologies, ensuring information is reliable, timely, and compliant with national and international standards, to support mining planning and strategic decision-making. **Education and Qualifications** * Degree holder and registered professional in Geological Engineering or Geology. * Minimum 4 years of experience in geological modeling and mineral resource estimation within the mining industry. * Experience in developing geological models and mineral resource classification. * Experience in resource reconciliation processes and supporting technical audits. **Responsibilities** * Develop and update three-dimensional (3D) geological models based on validated geological interpretations. * Perform mineral resource estimation, classification, and validation using applicable geostatistical methodologies and standards. * Conduct exploratory data analysis and define interpolation parameters to ensure reliable estimates. * Update and maintain the geological database, ensuring data quality, integrity, and traceability. * Prepare monthly and annual technical reports and resource reports in accordance with NI 43\-101 and other applicable regulations. * Participate in internal and external audits related to mineral resource estimation, providing required technical support. * Perform mineral resource reconciliation and propose continuous improvements to modeling, estimation, and information management processes. * Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and standards regarding safety, occupational health, environment, and quality. **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in Leapfrog Geo and Datamine Studio RM/Supervisor (intermediate–advanced level). * Knowledge of 3D geological modeling, geostatistics, and mineral resource estimation. * Expertise in exploratory data analysis (EDA), variography, interpolation (Kriging, IDW, and NN), model validation, and KNA analysis. * Preparation of resource reports under the NI 43\-101 standard. Proficiency in AutoCAD (intermediate), Power BI (basic), and Microsoft Excel (intermediate–advanced). * Knowledge of geological data QA/QC and mineral resource reconciliation. * Preferred: Postgraduate Diploma in Mining Geostatistics. **Requirements** * Availability to work 14\*7\. * Availability to work in Ayacucho.
