Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead end-to-end supplier payment management, negotiation of commercial terms, and efficient procurement coordination. Key Highlights: 1. We are Hyundai Sportwagen, the official Hyundai representative in Peru, operating across 4 cities (Lima, Arequipa, Cusco, and Ica) with 4 business units (Workshop, PYP, Automobiles, and Spare Parts). We are currently undergoing financial professionalization and seek to strengthen our Treasury department to support regional growth. **About the Position** We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead end-to-end supplier payment management, negotiation of commercial terms, and efficient procurement coordination. **Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor the accounts payable portfolio across all 4 business units. * Develop and maintain an updated supplier payment schedule, prioritizing payments based on due dates and cash availability. * Negotiate payment terms, deadlines, discounts, and resolution of billing discrepancies with suppliers. * Coordinate with user departments for receipt and validation of procurement requests. * Manage the procurement process to ensure efficiency and optimal commercial conditions. * Coordinate with Treasury for payment scheduling and execution, ensuring fund availability. * Reconcile accounts payable against purchase orders, delivery notes, and received invoices (three\-way match). * Prepare aging reports for accounts payable, payment forecasts, and outgoing cash flow statements. * Manage relationships with strategic suppliers to prevent supply disruptions. * Support monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Finance. * 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable, treasury, or related roles. * Proven experience negotiating with suppliers. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Treasury knowledge: bank account management, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting. * Basic accounting knowledge. * Experience in payment scheduling and prioritization by due date. * Experience coordinating with user departments and managing procurement (preferred). * Experience with ERP systems ODOO and SIGMA (preferred). **Competencies** * Strong yet diplomatic negotiation skills. * Organizational ability and capacity to coordinate multiple departments and suppliers simultaneously. * Analytical thinking to prioritize payments under cash constraints. * Proactivity, autonomy, and attention to detail. * Ethics and integrity in handling payments and third-party relationships. **We Offer** * Full statutory payroll with all legally mandated benefits. * Growth opportunity in an automotive sector company. * Positive work environment and job stability. **Interested candidates should send their CV to daniel.rodriguez@sportwagen\-peru.com** **indicating salary expectations and availability.** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
