Implement efficiency and resource optimization plans; implement performance indicators emphasizing adherence to client-agreed timelines, ensuring traceability and quality of each result**.** * **Safety and Quality:** Ensure compliance with safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and maintain up-to-date documentation. * **Financial Management:** Manage budgets and oversee the laboratory’s financial resources. * **Coordination and Communication:** Coordinate with technical department heads to meet established deadlines for handling complaints, non-conforming work, and corrective and preventive actions.
