Document registration and control in coordination with accounting An industrial-sector company seeks to hire an administrative assistant to assume the following responsibilities: Reception, control, and follow-up of company-client communications Tracking, control, and reporting of ongoing work orders (OT) Logistical support for operations and sales departments Drafting and recording of purchase orders (OC), shipping guides, and work guides Drafting, sending, and recording of quotations to clients Personnel attendance control Recording and reporting of purchase and sales invoices in coordination with the accounting department, and document filing Assisting in asset control and coordinating with the warehouse manager for inventory purposes Requirements: Technical degree in Industrial Administration, duly certified Minimum one year of experience in industrial-sector companies Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Punctual, responsible, service-oriented, and committed to self-improvement Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
