LEARN → EXECUTE → GAIN EXPERIENCE → TAKE ON GREATER CHALLENGES → GROW ⭐ WHAT WILL YOU DO? · Execute Work Orders assigned by the Production Supervisor. · Perform machining operations on CNC LATHES according to instructions provided by the supervisor. · Prepare the machine and workpiece for machining, selecting appropriate tools based on the process. · Verify the quality of resources to be used and report any defective raw materials to your immediate supervisor. · Record progress after completing each activity (Time Sheet). · Use measuring instruments correctly. · Inspect and control the quality of machined parts. · Dispatch completed products to the next department upon release by the Quality Control Department. · Report rework activities performed during the shift. · Participate in scheduled and unscheduled machine maintenance plans. · Maintain order and cleanliness in your designated work area. · Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. · Comply with organizational guidelines, Internal Work Regulations, and the Quality Management System. · Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor. ⭐ WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? · Technical training in machinery and tools. · Certified experience of no less than 3 years in positions of similar responsibility. · Specialized courses in lathe and milling machine operation. · Specialized courses in CNC lathe operation. · Autodesk Inventor training. · MasterCam training. · Desired: Training in measurement and/or precision tools. · Desired: Blueprint reading courses. · Desired: Training in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, etc. ⭐ WHAT DO WE VALUE? * **Initiative and autonomy.** * Ability to learn quickly. * Judgment and responsibility in work. * Orderliness and discipline. * Precision and quality orientation. * Care for machines, tools, and materials. * Ability to work in a team. * Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. * Interest in **technical and professional growth**. ⭐ GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT At JSC, we aim to develop a technical career path where increased responsibilities and mastery of new competencies open opportunities within Production.
