Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor to provide customer service and consultation, identify needs, prepare quotations, manage sales closures, and achieve commercial objectives. Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer service and consultation. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on customer requirements. * Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial opportunities. * Manage sales closure and proper issuance of commercial documents. * Maintain updated product information and available stock records. * Achieve established commercial objectives. * Conduct Live sales \- Tik Tok Requirements: * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields—currently ongoing or completed (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. * Experience in hardware stores, tool suppliers, industrial equipment companies, or similar sectors (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competencies: * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Negotiation skills. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Results orientation.
