What are we looking for? Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of customer service protocols. Intermediate level of English (desirable). Teamwork skills, speed, and attention to detail. Availability to work in Miraflores, Larco Avenue. Innovation and creativity: Ability to create new and exciting beverage options, and openness to experimentation. Main Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and serve cocktails according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, complying with hygiene and safety standards. Manage beverage and supply inventory. Perform quality control of ingredients.
