As part of the team, you will support the department in ensuring timely payments and proper control of obligations, as well as maintaining updated accounts payable with all suppliers. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or University Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or Economics, with a specialization in Finance (Mandatory) Advanced Excel Experience using accounting systems CONCAR, STARSOFT, SISCONT (Mandatory) Basic English proficiency Minimum 2 years of experience (Mandatory) Treasury certifications RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and review accounting documentation. Update the schedule of domestic obligations and general services. Update unique letter numbers. Issue daily or weekly payment instructions and/or transfer letters. Schedule Telecrédito weekly (preferably on Wednesdays and Fridays). Issue withholdings to suppliers. Make detracción payments. Pay various expenses of the General Manager (insurance, services, and others). Schedule and execute supplier payments. Perform advance reconciliations. File and manage banking documentation (Voucher). Track documents requiring reimbursement (travel allowances, purchase advances, or general service advances). Receive and distribute envelopes from banks.
