Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Bartender with experience in international mixology to prepare beverages, manage inventory, and maintain order and cleanliness in the bar area. Knowledge of barista skills and international mixology. Basic Office software proficiency. · Responsibilities: Prepare beverages, cocktails, and macerations for LMC members and guests. Submit supply requisitions to the warehouse after verifying stock levels. Perform mise en place for cocktail preparation. Ensure prompt beverage delivery to requesting tables. Inspect, clean, and polish glassware. Taste liquors using a tasting spoon (maximum 1–2 drops) to verify quality (flavor, texture, alcohol content, etc.) or taste new liquors not yet in stock—only with immediate supervisor’s authorization. Inspect, execute, and maintain order and cleanliness in the bar area. Manage daily and monthly inventories (supplies, glassware, etc.). Label perishables and prepared juices with expiration dates. Ensure cleanliness of the area before and after each shift. Report daily service incidents to the Service Supervisor.
