Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Part-time Multifunctional Collaborator to deliver a high-quality experience to our customers in an entertainment space, managing customer service, sales, and venue maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer service and sale of services in an entertainment space 2. Reservation management and use of point-of-sale systems 3. Participation in creating content for social media We are Boxiss, and we seek dynamic and responsible individuals to deliver a high-quality experience to our customers within our entertainment space. Position: Part-time Multifunctional Collaborator Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers, verifying they are of legal age and comply with venue policies. - Provide direct customer service, including beverage sales and minibox rentals. - Handle inquiries and reservations via WhatsApp. - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and reservation system. - Maintain cleanliness and order in miniboxes, restrooms, and common areas. - Participate in creating content (videos and photos) for social media. - Support other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
