Execute backups (data backups) for emails, computers, and servers. Report and follow up with Communication Service Providers (internet, email, and website) when operational issues arise. Identify and resolve network issues such as intermittent connectivity, slow network speed, or packet loss using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
