Screen Printer – Production Plant **Company:** FLINK **Location:** Chilca – Lima Sur **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Salary:** PEN 1,900 to 2,200 gross monthly, subject to evaluation **Transportation:** Provided by the company via the Southern Pan-American Highway. Job Description At **FLINK**, we seek a **Screen Printer** with experience in industrial printing processes, screen handling, ink application, and preparation of screen-printing jobs. This position is intended for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual capable of working on the production floor, meeting quality standards, and supporting the production of graphic, industrial, and safety products. Main Responsibilities * Prepare, expose, and clean screen-printing meshes. * Perform screen printing on various materials. * Prepare inks, colors, and materials prior to each production run. * Adjust and operate manual, pneumatic, or octopus-type screen-printing equipment. * Verify proper registration, print quality, drying, and finishing. * Identify printing defects and make real-time adjustments during the process. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of tools, screens, and equipment. * Support adherence to production timelines. * Coordinate with the production department to fulfill work orders. * Supervise or guide support operators when required. Requirements * Minimum 4 years of experience in screen printing. * Knowledge of screen preparation and exposure. * Proficiency in handling inks, emulsions, squeegees, and printing materials. * Experience with manual, pneumatic, or octopus-type printing machines. * Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. * Availability to work on-site in Chilca. * Preferably reside in the southern area of Lima or have convenient access via the Southern Pan-American Highway.
