Support in reviewing requirements and terms of reference We are looking for a proactive and analytical Quotation Specialist to support the preparation of quotations for general products and services, supplier sourcing, and analysis of technical requirements. The position is primarily remote; however, on-site support may occasionally be required for validations or specific quotations. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations for products and services. * Source suppliers and compare prices across various platforms. * Conduct efficient internet searches to identify products, technical specifications, and commercial alternatives. * Support the review of requirements and terms of reference. * Manage comparative tables and reports in Excel. * Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to optimize searches, drafting, and information analysis. **Requirements** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Word. * Experience or knowledge in general services, logistics, procurement, or quotations. * Ability to conduct internet searches and analyze technical/commercial information. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Proactivity, responsibility, and good organizational skills. * Familiarity with and ability to use artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT or others). * Personal laptop and stable internet connection.
