Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Quality Supervisor to ensure technical compliance, adherence to procedures, and quality control of materials, equipment, and construction processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead quality management in HVAC projects. 2. Ensure compliance with technical standards and documentation files. 3. Responsible for field quality control and documentation. We are currently seeking: HVAC Quality Supervisor **Responsibilities**: * Develop the quality plan and verify compliance with the technical file. * Prepare procedures and standardized formats for protocols and tests. * Conduct quality control of materials and equipment (verify quality certificates, warranty letters, calibration certificates, technical data sheets). * Conduct quality control of construction processes (monitor costs of non-conformance, field handovers to the client via protocols and tests). * Verify and track the calibration status of instruments and equipment required for project execution. * Prepare and monitor punch lists (residual observations prior to project handover). * Prepare as-built drawings. * Compile the quality dossier. * Submit weekly reports on quality plan compliance. * Track version control and information storage. * For quality control, compliance with applicable technical standards—including RNE and NFPA—must be verified. **Requirements**: * Certified and licensed Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical-Electrical Engineer (minimum 4 years since licensure). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as site supervisor, resident engineer, or designer in HVAC projects, performing quality management duties. * Availability for on-site work throughout Peru. **Benefits**: * Market-competitive remuneration. * The company will cover transportation, meals, and accommodation costs during project execution. * Full payroll registration and 100% statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth within a recognized industry-leading company.
