Focus on the health of children and adolescents SCHOOL NURSING ASSISTANT – MANCHAY A prominent company in the education sector requires a Nurse to join its team with the following profile. PROFILE: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Minimum 2 years of experience in educational institutions (Mandatory). Specialization in children and adolescents. Proficiency in office software and digital tools at intermediate and/or advanced level. Residence in Manchay or nearby areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize the school clinic services to ensure timeliness and broader coverage. Prepare student and/or insured staff attendance records. Administer basic medications to students requiring them, strictly upon medical prescription and with written authorization from the parent or legal guardian. Contact parents or legal guardians by phone when students need to be picked up early from school due to health reasons, or transferred to a healthcare facility covered by School Insurance. Transport injured students to a clinic or healthcare facility, reporting to Administration and General Management. Accompany staff members in case of occupational accidents. Provide first aid during emergencies and activities scheduled by the Educational Institution. Conduct coordinated health and first-aid campaigns involving students, teachers, and parents. Train and guide staff in first-aid procedures for emergency situations. Monitor and update the medication Kardex. Control and inventory the clinic’s first-aid kit and generate reports. Collaborate with the educational institution in other activities supporting achievement of established objectives.
