Dental treatment discounts **Job Description:** We are looking for an **experienced Dental Assistant**, responsible and skilled in delivering excellent patient care, to join our team at a modern and growing dental clinic. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant**. * **Resident of Northern Lima.** * **Over 25 years of age.** * Availability to work for at least **1 year**. * Personal documents **in good standing**. * High level of **punctuality, responsibility, honesty, and courteous conduct**. **Required Knowledge:** * General dental assistance. * Basic proficiency in **internet and Office (intermediate level)**. * Patient appointment coordination. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assisting the assigned dentist. * Supporting auxiliary staff during coverage as needed. **Benefits:** * Inclusion in the **payroll** from day one. * **ESSALUD** and **comprehensive risk insurance** covered by the company. * **15 days of paid vacation** (can be advanced starting from the 3rd month). * Continuous training. * **Dental treatment discounts.** **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Modality:** On-site **Contract Type:** Payroll – MYPE Regime **Salary:** S/ 1,500.00 (consider AFP deductions) **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. * NO WORK ON NATIONAL HOLIDAYS OR SUNDAYS * Working hours are NOT negotiable \- One morning off per week and one Saturday afternoon off per month.
