Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for mining projects, responsible for managing safety, occupational health, and environmental matters, leading risk prevention and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) management. 2. Supervise compliance with safety measures in the field. 3. Investigate incidents and prepare SSOMA reports. **SSOMA SUPERVISOR \- MINING PROJECTS (Field Work/Immediate Availability)** If you have led Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) management in mining projects, this opportunity is for you. We seek a professional with solid experience in **SSOMA supervision** in mining operations, committed to risk prevention and adherence to the highest safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) procedures, protocols, and standards in mining projects. * Supervise and ensure personnel in the field comply with safety measures. * Review and validate ATS, Checklists, work permits, PETAR, IPERC, and other safety documentation. * Conduct field safety inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Lead safety talks, inductions, training sessions, and IPERC assessments prior to commencement of activities. * Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing reports and action plans. * Participate in Occupational Safety and Health meetings and committees. * Ensure compliance with Law No. 29783, the Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health in Mining (Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM and amendments), and other applicable regulations. * Report to the Operations Manager. **Required Profile** * Graduate and licensed in Safety Engineering, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of active professional licensure since obtaining the license (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in mining projects or operations (mandatory). * Verifiable experience exclusively in mining (mandatory). * Experience in field supervision, ATS, IPERC, PETAR, work permits, safety inspections, and audits. * Experience in incident investigation and preparation of SSOMA reports. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations in mining. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * **Immediate availability** to work under MYPE labor regime and travel to mining projects nationwide. **What We Offer** * MYPE payroll from day one. * Compensation: 4,000 soles. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * Per diems when applicable. * Participation in high-demand mining projects. * Professional development opportunities. **How to Apply Directly?** Send your documented CV, professional degree certificate, current professional license, certificates, and employment verification documents via WhatsApp to 957 746 764, specifying the position you are applying for.
